Hyesoon Choi, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hyesoon Choi, MHPNP, is an advanced Psychiatric nurse practitioner.  She earned her undergraduate Degree BSN from the University of Washington, and received advanced training in neuropsychopharmacology to provide psychiatric medication consults.  Hyesoon graduated from the University of Washington Nursing School.  She received her advanced master’s degree as a psychiatric ARNP, also from the University of Washington.

Hyesoon Choi, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, has committed herself to the mental health of both adolescent and adult patients.

• She has worked at Sunrise Community Health Center where she has collaborated with clinical psychologists, MSW’s LMCHP’s and case managers. She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management in treating patients with resistant mood disorders, psychoses, substance abuse, anxiety and personality disorders. She looks forward to working with you to provide the highest quality of mental health care to our community.
• She has dedicated much of her practice to the mental health of youth. She has worked at Atlantic Street Center, which is committed to at risk adolescents. Hyesoon provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management. She has worked with psychotherapists primarily treating ADHD, resistant mood disorders, substance abuse, psychoses and behavioral problems.
